Cancellation policy

A deposit is required to confirm every appointment. This ensures our artists' time is respected and that clients are committed to their bookings. If you need to reschedule, we are happy to move your appointment to the next available slot if we receive more than 48 hours' notice. In this case, your deposit will be transferred and applied to the new appointment.

However, cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, and it will not be transferred if you choose to reschedule.

Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on deposits for last-minute cancellations. For other refund requests, these will be considered at the discretion of the artist. Please note that our artists are often booked weeks in advance, and cancelling an appointment last minute creates a significant disruption. Retaining the deposit helps compensate the artist for the time and income lost due to the cancellation.

Gift Card T&C's

Our Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Gift cards can be used in conjunction with cash payments. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for goods or services. Gift cards cannot be reloaded or topped up. Crocodile and Cane Knife Tattoo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
